§ 49-2. Selling, etc., goods, wares, etc., from parked automobiles, etc., in congested area prohibited; exception.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except when permitted by the city marshal, to sell or offer for sale any goods, wares or merchandise of any kind from any parked automobile, motor truck, wagon, pushcart, or any other vehicle at any time within the congested area or district.
