§ 39-421. Parking of commercial vehicles in residential or commercial use districts.

  • No bus, truck, tractor, trailer or other vehicle used or designed to be used for the carrying of passengers, merchandise or freight or to be let for hire or commercial use of any kind whatsoever, weighing, or licensed to or capable of carrying twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds or more, shall be parked only for the actual and continuous process of being loaded or unloaded, on any street within the residential or commercial use districts of this city as established pursuant to the zoning regulations contained in this Code. Provided, however, that Missouri Street between Jackson Boulevard and Madison Street is exempted herefrom.
