Chapter 53. POLICE COURT/MUNICIPAL COURT

§ 53-4. Same—Term of office.

Latest version.

The municipal judge shall hold his office for a period of two (2) years and shall take office biannually from May 1 to April 30. If for any reason a municipal judge vacates his office, his successor shall complete that term of office, even if the same be for less than two (2) years.
