Chapter 53. POLICE COURT/MUNICIPAL COURT

§ 53-1. Court established; status.

Latest version.

There is hereby established in this city a municipal court, to be known as the "Jackson Municipal Court, a Division of the 32nd Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri." This court is a continuation of the police court of the city as previously established, and is termed herein "the municipal court."
