§ 3-305. Compensation; benefits.

  • (a)

    The city administrator's annual compensation shall be established annually with the yearly employee pay plan as adopted by the board of aldermen by ordinance.

    (b)

    In addition to the salary as set out in subsection (a) above, the city administrator shall be entitled to and receive all other benefits normally and customarily extended to other city employees including, but not limited to, lagers retirement, social security participation, Christmas bonus, workmen's compensation coverage, health and accident coverage, extended pay in the event of illness or accident, vacation with pay, pay raises as may be ordained from time to time and any other benefits as may now exist or be hereafter created by ordinances or practiced by the city government.
