§ 39-404. Parking distance from intersection.

No person shall park a vehicle closer than fifty (50) feet from the corner of any intersecting roadways as measured from the intersection of the projection of the edges of the intersecting roadways. It is provided that this section shall not apply to marked parking spaces established by action of the city. It is further provided that in the event the model traffic ordinance adopted in section 39-100 of this Code is more restrictive, then the model traffic ordinance shall control.
