§ 1-70. Public policy on open meetings.

(a)

The city hereby adopts section RSMo 610.010 et seq., as amended, as the official governmental policy of this city.

(b)

In accordance with section RSMo 610.023, as amended, the city clerk of the city is appointed as the official custodian of the governmental records of this municipality.

(c)

Complying with the provisions of the above cited state statute, the city clerk is hereby given discretion as to procedural implementation of the directives of such statute.
